PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Where Dreams are Made

The project began in early 2023 and the bulk of initialization and restoration ended in mid 2024.
This project presented many hurdles. From migration issues to faulty expectations. The biggest hurdle was that there was very minimal room for error and execution because the organization was still using the system in daily activity.
A local non-profit CRM, Salesforce, was beginning to fail because of missed updates and unique design. We were tasked with contracting a development organization to help revitalize the platform and make it more efficient and effective for development initiatives.
The budget was created and managed to ensure that the organization's resources were being used effectively and intentionally.
The length from creation to approval from the Executive Director and the Board of Directors was three months.
The biggest hurdle in creating the budget was accurately projecting needs to keep the excess slim during an economic downturn.
The Gift Guide is an annual gift catalogue that is mailed to over 5k recipients. The 2024 issue was the first issue to furnish a modern layout, and seamlessly incorporate the three pillars and bundles. All gift descriptions were updated and new articles explored.
The design description copy, and layout took two weeks to complete. The Articles took two months to finalize and approve. The mailing list was compiled and filtered within 3 weeks and the campaign following ran for 2 additional months.
The biggest hurdle for this project was the balance between moral knowledge and hierarchical obligations. However, all parties were happy with the final results and the ROI increased 2% from the year prior.
