"For ExtraGive, I created a sophisticated calling spreadsheet that allowed callers to track donations on their individual sheets while ensuring no duplication with the master sheet. I researched and cleaned the donor list, organized a mailing list, and coordinated handwritten notes by dividing tasks among multiple team members. Utilizing the ExtraGive toolkit, I seamlessly incorporated the event theme into all marketing materials. I developed and scheduled emails to run continuously from midnight to the following midnight, maintained regular social media updates, and used stories to personally thank each donor. Additionally, I crafted a comprehensive marketing plan to promote awareness leading up to the event day. These efforts contributed to the event surpassing its goal, raising $27,000—its best performance to date". - Sayali
